The BBC says that to honor the wishes of his family, it was decided to postpon a documentary about the last years of Ozi Osbourne.
Ozy Osbourne: The house coming home was due to wind on BBC One on 21:00 BST on August 18, but was already removed from the schedule in the day.
The BBC said: “Our sympathy is with the Osbourne family in this difficult time. We are waiting for the family’s wishes a little before circulating this particular film. New. [transmission] The date will be confirmed soon. ,
Initially there was no reason to delay the film, which included the return of the star in the UK, his farewell concert in July and his death at the age of 76 that month.
The BBC said on Monday that the film was “transferred to the schedule”. Was it replaced by an episode of fake or fate?
The documentary was originally conceived as a 10-part series called Home to Rost, which was to follow Ozi and wife Sharon’s “attempt to resume their lives” in Buckinghamshire.
As Ozi’s health deteriorated, however, it was converted into a single, hour-length film, depicting the last three years of her life.
The BBC had earlier described the documentary as a moving and inspirational account of “last chapter of Ozi’s life”, which was described through unique and intimate access to the entire Osbourne family including Sharon, Jack and Kelly.
However, it was about to be displayed less than a month after his death, and made a highly emotional appearance in front of the crowd in his home city in Birmingham on the eve of his funeral after less than three weeks of Sharon and his children.
