The residents were evacuated from their homes after a major fire at the center of a city.
Firefighters were called to a building on West Avenue in Clacton, Essex on BST on Monday around 00:35.
The crew said that Jackson Road, Penfold Road and Aget Road would also be closed, while they fought fire.
