Three people have been arrested in connection with a deadly attack on a woman in East London.
The Metropolitan police said that Chadwell Heath was called after 05:30 BST on Saturday after reports of an attack to the authorities.
Paramedics also participated, but the woman, is believed to be in her own condition, was declared dead on the spot on Chadwell Heath Lane, the force said.
A 35 -year -old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Two other people aged 21 and 22 have been arrested on suspicion of assistance of a criminal.
His family has been informed and is being supported by family contact officials, Bal said.
Ditt Supte Brian Hobbes said: “Today our thoughts are with the family and friends of the victim in the light of this really tragic event.
“Local residents will see an increase in the number of officers in and around the region, while our investigative work is done.”
He has urged anyone to contact the police.
