Cold case detective Clarke Schwartzcoff had been working in a dual murder case since the early 1990s and arranged to meet a man of interest in a Chile’s restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. It was January 2, 2015, and Shwartzcoff Bryan was meeting with a person named Patrick Miller. The spy had learned that Miller was some of a local celebrity. When he was in the character, Miller wore a homemade dress with goggles and a manging mask and took a fake gatling gun.
