A scuffle to woo Marathi voters ahead of civil elections, Dahi Handi Ceremony organized by Shiv Sena (UBT) leaders, Shiv Sena led by Eknath Shinde, and Raj Thackeray-Chief MNS in Mumbai and neighboring areas was immersed in political symbolism.
