Jona Gens may be the face of a lifestyle empire, but she is not chasing the Hollywood spotlight.
Instead, he is a slow, more ground -living material in Wako, Texas.
The “Fixer Upper” Star is keeping things real in the loan star state, where she stays in a minor farmhouse, makes dinner at night and fills her home with family photos with handwritten notes.

Her biggest, drake, stays at a distance of about an hour for college and prefers to cook with her girlfriend.
“They have these nights where they all go out, and they cook three, four, or five-cures food,” he explained. “I mean, he still gets watberger, but I think it’s the fact that he is feeding himself – he is making grilled chicken, he is making a steak – he is set for life.”
For gains, cooking has developed into meditation among his busy family life.

In 2020, Ganes admitted that she was doubting her current Wako Farmhouse, first called a terrible investment.

Magnolia network stars tied the knot in 2003. Jona and Chip are the parents of five children – Ella, Drake, Crew, Amy and Duke.
As Gaens made his roots in Wako, Texas, his magnolia businesses flew.

The couple first gained fame over 10 years ago when they were inserted on the HGTV series “Fixer Upper” in 2013, showing the couple reviving the dilapidated houses through their Magnolia Homes business in WACO, Texas.
After five sessions, he decided to leave the show and then signed with Discovery+, starting the Magnolia network in 2022.

Along with the network, the couple also has a 5-acre mangolia market in Silos, including Silos, Silos Baking Company Bakery and Magnolia Press Coffee Shops. They own several miles away Magnolia table restaurants.

He is the owner of the Magnolia Journal Magazine and has written a series of lifestyle books, including Jona’s “Home Body” and Chip’s “No Paine, No Gains”. They have their Magnolia home, furniture and accessories made by line and Joanna called Heart and Hand for Target.
Chip and Joona also opened a boutique hotel, hotel 1928 in 2023 after renovation of a historic hotel in Wako with 33 rooms. The pair also offers holiday rent in WACO, including the original carriage house for hillcrest estate and hillcrest cottage, estate.
