A 40 -year -old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after stabbing in Birmingham.
The West Midlands police said he was called to a house on South Road, Hawkley, just after 17:15 BST on Friday.
One person was confirmed the dead at the scene.
The 40 -year -old man arrested at the address was in custody, the force said and appealed to any witness to come forward.
