A labor councilor, who has called for cutting the throat of far-flung protesters to a racism rally, has not been found guilty of encouraging violent disorders.
58 -year -old Ricky Jones, Snarecabrook has been on trial in the Crown Court, when he “hate Nazi fascists” to the protesters and said that “we need to get rid of them all while addressing the crowd at Walthamsto on August 7 last year.
Mr. Jones told the police that the video was captured, “sick” and did not intend to instigate or encourage violence.
The Dartford Councilor, who has ever been suspended by the Labor Party, denied the allegation.
Last year, a video shown to Mr. Jones, who addressed the crowd at Walthmsto, went viral on social media, which was held outside the Waltum Forest Immigration Bureau in response to a remote march plans.
Talking to the crowd, he also threw his finger around his neck.
Mr. Jones was arrested a day after commenting and the court stated that he felt that it was his “duty” that was to participate in counter-protects.
The gamblers discussed for more than half an hour before not being guilty on Friday.
At the time of the incident, Mr. Jones was appointed as a full -time officer for the Transport Careed Staff Association (TSSA) Union.
He has been a boro councilor since 2019, but was suspended by the Labor Party on 8 August last year.
