Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday, in his Independence Day address from the Red Fort, announced that India “no longer will tolerate nuclear threats” and vowed to call the “injustice” of the Indus Water Treaty.
In this 12th consecutive speech, the Prime Minister also pushed for more self -sufficiency, given the armed forces for successful operation vermilion. ‘Atomic will not tolerate blackmail’, PM claims Modi
Narendra Modi on Friday reiterated that India would not bend for “nuclear blackmail”, announcing that the country has resolved to remain firm against any such threat.
PM Modi said, “India has decided that it will no longer tolerate nuclear threats, we will not fall for any blackmail.” They also linked the issue to the Indus Waters Treaty, saying, “India has now decided, blood and water will not flow together. People have realized that the Indus Water Treaty is unjust. The water from the Indus river system is irrigating the land of the enemy, while the cause of such unhappy for our farmers.”

The Prime Minister added his stance on nuclear threats to the Indus Water Treaty with a renewed approach, describing it as a long overdue. He said that this system caused significant damage to Indian farmers by benefiting the enemy.
On nuclear threats, he said that India will no longer be forced to flow.
Information and technology push
Exposing the government’s attention on technology, Modi quoted the semiconductor area as a case in a case.
