The growing populist right -wing party of Germany has been defeated in popularity in a new survey for alternative Germany (AFD), the mainstream Conservative Party, Christian Democratic Union (CDU) of Chancellor Frederick Merz.
AFD received 26% support in the pole imposed by Foisa Institute for Social Research and Statistical Analysis. According to the pole, the Merz CDU received 24% support since the 2021 election, the worst result.
It comes that 67% of the Germans say that they are dissatisfied with the merge job after their first 100 days in the office. He was elected in May.
