The riots allegedly appeared in court for a crime in court on Thursday near a violent South Portland, several suspects involved in South Portland, Oregon, an American immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) office, including attacking federal officials and threatening to attack government property.
Portland’s 46 -year -old Julie Winters was accused of attempting an attack by a federal officer.
Azel Chambers, 20 -year -old Merlin, were accused of misbehaving with a federal officer, threatened the federal property and failed to follow a valid order.
Portland’s 28 -year -old Rachel Jean Pope was accused of rape attack by a federal officer.

Several arrests Portland snow facility after fireworks and knives with violent mob attacks
According to the court shared court documents and information, many people gathered near an ICE office in South Portland on Tuesday, where, for weeks, the rioters repeatedly targeted with statements that threatened the buildings and federal law enforcement officers, with repeated targets with discharge of pepper sprays and throwing rocks, garbage and bricks.
Officials said the incident started at around 11 am on Tuesday, when two people tried to set fire to an American flag in the driveway of the building.
To clean the driveway, federal authorities used a “low-fatal”, including gas canopies, according to a news release from the US Attorney to the district of Oregon.

The court documents allege that the Pope picked up one of the metal canopies and threw it to the authorities, killing one.
Around 11:15 pm, federal authorities saw the Winters trying to illuminate a fire that set a fire next to the building guard hut. Being associated with the winter with the Federal Protective Service (FPS) officials, he allegedly pulled a large knife from his backpack and began to wave the blade towards the authorities.

Officials said the Winters then threw a knife at an officer, but did not kill anyone. Attempting to escape, he was hit and taken to the ground.
According to court documents, the authorities attempted to take him into custody, pulling a second big knife from his waistband. An official canceled the winter and arrested him.

The same evening, Chambers allegedly indicated a laser pointer on the eye of a federal officer, according to the release.
The chambers were also accused of failing to follow an officer’s orders to leave the campus on 17 June and allegedly throwing an object on 20 June.
Officials said that the winter was pending for future court proceedings. Pope and chambers were issued on pending terms of future court proceedings.

According to the US Attorney office, an attempt to attack a federal officer and enter a physical injury is punishable with a maximum fine of 20 years.
The rape attack of a federal officer is punishable with maximum punishment of one year in jail. Failure to follow a valid order and threaten federal property is a class C rape and a maximum of 30 days of jail sentence.
