Byu’s Jake Ray Retzalf intends to transfer between the expected honor code suspension

Byu intends to transfer the quarterback Jake Ray Rayslef as he believes that an honor code from a seven-game suspension school is coming for a violation that stems from the charge of sexual assault against him.

While Ratezlaf is not Mormon, the honor code applies to all students enrolled in BYU.
