President Donald Trump Celebrated the retirement declaration of one of the two Republicans, who voted against pursuing his “big, beautiful bill”.
Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social, “Great News! ‘Senators’ Thom Tilis will not demand reunion.”
“For the Republicans that cut all costs, I am one, remember, you still have to be selected again. Don’t go very crazy! We will make it all, 10 times, with development, more than ever,” they continued in a separate post.
North Carolina Republican announced on Sunday that he would not seek election again in the cycle of 2026. Tilis must have been one of the weakest Republicans last year. After a vote against the President’s agenda on Saturday night, he faced Trump to face a challenge.
