Police of New York City say three people were hurt in a shooting in Times Square.
According to NYPD, two teenagers and a 65 -year -old man were shot at the 44th Street near the seventh Avenue when a gunman set fire to Manhattan’s heart early on Saturday morning.
Police sources said a 17 -year -old suspected suspected was in custody, but no allegations have been made at this time.
Firing at Times Square during the fight, witnesses say
Eyewitnesses told CBS New York that a fight took place inside the restaurant of Rising Cane in Times Square on the 44th and 7th corner. It happened around 1:20 pm and appeared to include a group of teenagers, on which all the hoods, they said.
The witnesses said that they heard the gun bullet after exiting.
According to police, a 19 -year -old man was shot in the leg, an 18 -year -old woman suffered a wound in the neck and the third victim was shot in the leg. They were all hospitalized in a stable position.
Investigators said the shooting took place with the suspect after an argument with the old teenager and a gun was recovered from the scene.
Police said it was not immediately clear whether the suspect and the victim knew each other before the shooting.
