Detroit Lions Cornerback Anis Recastro Junior was placed on the injured reserve on Thursday with a season-end injury. He then asked to ask negative messages on social media that he was receiving apparently to stop.
The 23-year-old Rackstrow injured his shoulder during a drill on Sunday and performed a season-ending shoulder surgery on Thursday.
He first took on social media after surgery on Friday with a positive message.

“God has all the answers and I will never question him .. but really regret #Detroit,” Rakestraw posted on X.
An hour after posting, Rakestraw took to X to beg with fans.
“And left (direct message) telling me that I am going to cut,” Rakestraw posted.
Lions selected Rackstrow with their second round pick out of Missouri in the 2024 NFL draft. However, racstroro played only eight games last year due to injury.

Rakestraw did not start any of those games and submitted six joint tackles.
Lions’ head coach Dan Campbell expressed sympathy for Racustro.
“You hate it for the child,” Campbell said earlier this week. “This is not his fault, just one of those difficult deals. You can all try to get it better and rehabilitate it, strengthen and move forward.”

Rackestrov played in the Hall of Fame Game against Los Angeles Chargers last week, when he lost 34–7.
Rakestraw played all four sessions in Missouri. In 36 Career Games, he had 107 combined tackles, 24 pass defense, one insertion, three forced fambles and one fambal recovery.
Lions’ next Presiden game is against Atlanta Falcons on ET at 7:00 pm on Friday.
