A 15 -year -old boy is found guilty He stabbed a school in Sheffield during his lunch break to kill a fellow disciple.
Harvey Villgoz, who was 15 years old, died when he was stabbed in a heart on Monday 3 February at the All Saints Catholic High School.
In a monthly trial in the Sheffield Crown Court, the jury was told that Harvey was attacked after a collision between the pair during a first text that day.
The defendant, who cannot be nominated due to his age, accepted the murder and the capture of the knife, but refused to kill the teenager. He was convicted by the majority decision of 11 to 1.
After the verdict, Judge, Mrs. Justice Ellenbogen told the boy that he would be sentenced in October.
During the trial, the gamblers heard that Harvey was attacked in the school courtyard, when two teenagers quarreled on social media in the first day.
