Moreno said at a press conference on Wednesday, “We are going to see some MLAs in our state whether we can do something that I call – with its permission – ‘Act of Holi,’ that we increase the bar at minimum sentences, minimal bail requirements,” Moreno said at a press conference on Wednesday. “We are going to end the rotating door of injustice.”
