Australia won 4–0 when England last visited the country in 2021-22 and Cummins’ side lost two of their last 15 tests on domestic soil, won 11 and depicted two.
McGrath admitted that Australia’s batting is “issues”, especially his uncertain top three. Usman Khwaja, Cameron Green and Maarnas are out as Labschen, and opener Sam Constas has not yet been failed to fail in his place as a replacement for retired David Warner.
But England’s bowling attack also needs “a little to strengthen”, McGrath says that the major battle will be between tourists and Australian bowlers, Joe Root and Harry Brook will pinpoint to see two players.
“This series will be a bigger for the route,” said McGrath. “He has never done so in Australia, he has not even found 100 there, so he will be eager to get out of there. He is fine -in -law.”
Joe Root has scored 892 Test runs in Australia, including nine fifties, but not yet a century score.
He an average of 35.68 down under, compared to his career average 51.29, with the highest score of 89.
McGrath said, “Brooke is what I have fun to see.” “He just goes out of there, plays his game, and takes it. Australians will need to get it very quickly on it.
“Ben Docket is such an aggressive opener. Zak Croly will be keen to score some more runs compared to before.
“This is England’s top order or top and middle order against Australian fast bowlers and Leon. It’s going to be a big match.”
England have won 25 of their 41 tests under Head Coach Brendon McCullum, but have so far won the five-match Test series, which recently draw 2–2 with India.
The 55 -year -old McGrath was filled with praise for England’s style under McCullum, but challenged him to mentally “switch on”.
“I liked to see me that sports people like to go there and play without any fear,” he said.
“This hawk is looking to bring it to this England team – play without any fear.
“I want to see a little more accountability and the mental side of the game, just switching them a little more. It’s exciting.”
