Florida convicted Falna on the run for more than two years on the charge of first-degree murder, arrested on Saturday while trying to kill a police officer.
Winter Heaven Public Safety Department said that 27 -year -old D’Arcitre L. SAP was arrested with a battery with a law enforcement officer and accused of arrest, as well as allegations of three warrants, in which an attempt was made to kill a first-degree murder and a gun by a convict.
Officials responded to an apartment complex at around 8:20 pm on Saturday, after receiving a report that someone was in place with a warrant.

Once the officials confirmed that the SAP was inside the apartment, they took steps to vacate the innocent people from inside. SAP also left the apartment, and the authorities tried to keep it in handcuffs.
Police said SAP took his arms from behind his body and took flying. As soon as he ran away, he allegedly ran as a female officer, shaking her from his shoulder and knocked on the ground.
The officials continued to run away from the SAPP police despite allowing him to stop. At one point, two officials deployed their agency-Jari electronic stun gun.

The two officials successfully hit SAP, the police said, and he was taken into custody.
Police said the officer who was knocked on the ground was not injured. On the other hand, SAP was taken to an area hospital, where he was medically cleaned after deployment of electric stan guns.
He was then taken to the Polk County Jail, where he was processed.
