A volcano in remote eastern Russia has been first enraged for the first time in over 500 years, saying that experts may be associated with a major earthquake of the previous week.
In Kamchatka, Crashenininicov volcano threw six kilometers (3.7 mi) high ash overnight. Russia’s Emergency Ministry said that there is no threat in populated areas.
Hours later, another major earthquake in Russia warned a tsunami in three areas of the peninsula.
