An illegal migrant with the DUI rap sheet is accused of creating an accident in Lakewood, New Jersey, killing a mother and an 11 -year -old daughter, killing him to be released back into the community of only one blue state.
The office of the Ocean County Prosecutor said that 43-year-old Raul Luna-Perfz of Mexico was arrested and the 26 July motor vehicle accident was accused by auto’s murder and assault with two cases of killing and attack, and now an American immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) have been registered against him.
In a news release, the Ice said that this was not the first run-in with Luna-Paras’ law.
He was arrested twice on charges of DUI in March and April this year, and was arrested in June 2023 for simple domestic violence.

In the latest alleged incident of Luna-Paraze, which became fatal, officials of Lakewood Township Police Department responded to an accident report before 11:30 pm on 26 July.
An preliminary investigation found that Luna-Parase was reportedly driving a dodge with two passengers when he crossed the upcoming traffic and crashed on the head with a Nissan Centra.
The prosecutor’s office said Nissan was being operated by a woman, who was declared dead on the spot. There was an 11-year-old girl sitting on the front passenger seat-identified as the woman’s daughter by Ice-which was taken to the Monmouth Medical Center southern campus in Lacwood, where she eventually died of injuries.
The prosecutor’s office stated that another 11 -year -old girl was seated behind Centra, and was taken to Monmouth Medical Center and listed in a serious but stable position.

Two passengers in Luna-Paraze vehicle were treated and released for minor injuries in a local hospital.
The prosecutor’s office said that the first respondents reported that Luna-Paras showed signs of loss. He was taken to an area hospital, where his blood was drawn according to a court-deficit warrant.
Ice on Monday lodged a captive against Luna-Paras, and launched the removal proceedings while Luna-Paras detained.

According to the Homeland Security Department (DHS), Luna-Paraze illegally entered the US on an unknown date.
Ice has a New Jersey Democratic village. Phil Murphy’s sanctuary policies were convicted for allowing Luna-Paras to be released in American communities.
