Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lavin says he has made “incredibly difficult decisions” to leave the club.
The contract of 28 -year -old England International will end on Monday.
Calvert-Lavin joined Eratton from Sheffield United for £ 1.5m in 2016 and scored 71 goals in 273 matches for Toffee.
“After nine remarkable years I have taken incredibly difficult decisions – together with my family – to start a new chapter in his career,” Calvert – Lavin posted on Instagram.
“This is not something I have chosen lightly. Everton is my home since the age of 19. It is the place that saw possible in me, challenged me to grow and shape both as a footballer and a man.
“I want to express gratitude to all the managers and coaches with whom I have worked for years and for my teammates who have become friends of a lifetime.”
