After a year and complex legal conflict to recover their weapons after being seized by the authorities over five years ago, the police have returned the AR -15 to St. Louis lawyers’ mark and Petricia McClosy.
“It only took 2 trips to the court of 3 cases, appeals and took 1,847 days, but I got my AR15 back!” Mark McClosy posted in his X account on Friday, as well as several pictures of the gun carrying.
