From the Ghugni of Odisha-style, Gondli Kheer in Jharkhand, Litti Chokha in Bihar will be placed in a house reception on Independence Day for guests for guests for guests in time of President Drupadi Murmu for derivation from Mishti Doo-Eastern states of West Bengal.

There will be some highlights in Odisha’s famous Chenna Poda (Baked Cottage Paneer), jaggery -filled Gur Sandesh and Mishti Doi Sweet Section. Anarsa (pastry-like snacks made with soaked rice and jaggery) and other items for Gondli Kheer sweets are among other items.
Popular Indian drinks such as Gondhoraj Ghol (Bengal-style buttermilk), bell sherbet (wooden apple juice) and Sattu Sherbet are on the menu.
In addition to cuisine, the house ceremony will include Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other ministers, diplomats and top-ranking guests, who will showcase the culture and art of four eastern states.
