A person has been jailed for seven years for 13 years, who deliberately driving his car in his moped.
Neil Sulingston from Opington was found guilty of a mangelotter in the Guildford Crown Court after a road rage incident on the morning of 1 July last year.
The Surrey police said that Sulingston A244 was driving to work towards Asher, when Mr. Vigley threw a stone backwards and shattered the back window.
The 53 -year -old chased Mr. Vigley and went straight to the back of the moped, making Mr. Vigley lost with his right leg and no attempt to break, break or sweat before suffering from “horrific” internal injuries.
Sullingston had reported Mr. Vigley on two road rage events involving the pair in June and 2024, the force said.
Det ch Ins Natalie Pearce, Sullingston’s functions are called “incompetent and unforgivable”.
He said that he hoped that his sentence was “brought to justice for the loss of life of another person”.
Before the arrival of emergency services, Mr. Vigley was declared dead on the spot, despite the efforts of several members of the public, including an off-duty police officer.
“Wayne is very much missed by her seven children, her mother, father, partner, sister and all her friends,” her family said.
He said that he was a “Keen fisherman, skilled banger racer and gifted car mechanic”.
“He loved everyone well and would do anything for anyone.”
The family thanked the family and friends for his support, which he said that whatever happened helped him through his “scary”.
