The Maxwell Trump administration has been at the center of the dispute around handling the Epstein files, and is not clear due to its transfer from Florida Jail.
While speculation prevails that Trump may forgive Maxwell, the White House has earlier stated that “no generosity is being given or being discussed”.
The BBC has approached the White House to comment on Maxwell’s Texas’s move.
The BOP said in a statement on Friday, “We can confirm that Gisline Maxwell Brian, Federal Jail Camp (FPC) in Texas is in custody of Federal Bureau of Jails at Brian.”
Maxwell’s lawyer, David Oscar Marcus confirmed the transfer but rejected further comments.
In a statement, one of the victims of the late Virginia Gifrey – Jeffrey Epstein – expressed the “scary and hatred” described as the “preferential treatment” given to Ghishlin Maxwell.
He further condemned the move, because “the victims of Maxwell were made without any notification”.
The statement said, “This is a failure system that fails the victims right in front of our eyes.” “The American public should be angry with a pedophile and a criminally charged child sexual offender to the special treatment given.”
The facility, FPC Bryant, is located about 100 miles (160 km) from the Texas capital Austin.
Like other federal prison camps, prisoners of FPC Bryant are placed in the dormitory, with less staff-to-cash ratio than other, more secure federal jails. It serves time to prisoners for non -violent crimes and white -collar offended.
The facility is placed among about 650 female prisoners, who are serving an 11-year prison sentence in 2022 after being found guilty of cheating investors in their blood-testing start-ups, defaming Alizabeth Homes, CEO of Theranos, CEO.
Comparatively, Maxwell was placed in Florida, FCI Talhasi, more than 800 prisoners, both men and women. Both features are officially considered as “low-protection” federal jails.
While disciplinary facility is strict and all prisoners are expected to work, they also have access to foreign language and business classes, play games, watch television and participate in religious services.
According to a gel handbook published by officials, contact with family members is allowed for video calls, and prisoners are allowed visitors during weekends and holidays.
Less than a week ago, Maxwell’s legal team indicated that what he knows about the matter was ready to testify before the Congress, but only when it is provided strict legal protection.
Earlier in July, she held two meetings with Deputy US Attorney General Todd Blanches, who said that she planned to see if she could provide additional information for others, which could be helped by Epstein to sexually abuse girls.
After the meetings, he said he would tell what he learned in “appropriate time”. Maxwell’s lawyer has said that he has not made promises or asked for anything in return.
After repeatedly promising to do so on the campaign mark on the campaign mark, the pressure on President Trump is increasing to release more files related to Epstein case.
Instead, Trump has accused political rivals of using the case to distract from their achievements since returning to office.
