Police officials said the barbaric properties in an erate congestion were barbaric and indulged in arson in Yawat in Pune’s stick on Friday afternoon on an objectionable post uploaded by a youth of a separate community on social media.
A motorcycle was set to the ablass and a bakery was damaged, said, “had to loot his IRE to vent his IRE to take the roads to the streets amidst the large crowd to connect the tear shells.”
At this time there is a huge police attendance in the village and peace and order have been restored, these officials said.
The youth from outside the village kept an objectionable WhatsApp post, and they have been detained, Superintendent of Police (Pune Rural) Sandeep Singh Gill told PTI.
“When vigilant, we detained the youth and the process of taking action was going on. However, by then the post went viral, causing some previous stress in the village due to some previous incidents. The crowd barbarized the barbaric structures related to the members of the opposite community from outside.”
Another official said that the residents of the village, who are from both communities, are against some individuals who are “non-indesters” and hail from outside the area.
The official said that the village was stressed after the exclusion of a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in a temple recently.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who was in Pune to participate in a program, said that a young man, who is from outside, held an objectionable position about raping someone from a Hindu priest, who angered the residents.
“To disperse the mob, the police had to resort to the lathi charge. Yawat’s position is now on control and peace. People of both communities are together and efforts to reduce stress. Some individuals only hold such objectionable positions to create stress. Strict action will be taken against them. No one has the right after objectionable material.”
