Footage captured by BBC London Team Outside the Portland Hospital on the Great Portland Street, a double decker bus sets fire.
The number 88 bus was safely evacuated and there was no injury. The cause of the fire is unknown.
The London Fire Brigade brought Blaze under the Great Portland Street Tube Station, under control until 07:00.
