Officials said at least three people were killed and three other people were injured by a gunman in the Grand Sierra resort casino in Reno, Nevada.

Crawforth stated that the suspect’s gun when he initially tried to shoot in a group of innocent people in the vault area of the property, but once he was “able to operate it,” he fired several shots on the victims, said Crofth.
Crawforth said that five people were shot dead. One of the victims died on the spot and the rest was taken to a hospital in an area, where the other person died. Two of the other three victims remained in critical condition, while the fifth victim has been released from treatment since then.
After that shooting, Crawforth stated that the suspect, who has not yet been identified, continued northward through parking and set fire to a casino security guard that faced him. The security guard returned the fire, forcing the suspect to move northwards through the parking lot.
Crawforth said that the suspect then shot a sixth victim who was driving through parking. The victim was declared dead on the spot.
Chief Nane said that the authorities quickly responded and located the suspect to the north -west of the property. Once the suspect faced officials with guns, both parties exchanged bullets.
The suspect was shot dead and was hospitalized in critical condition.

Although the resort is located in the city of Reno, Nane said that the spark police officer-Shail would lead the investigation due to his department’s policy on firing.
Crawforth said that there is no known relationship between the suspects and the victims.
The Reno Police Department warned the residents to stay out of the area. On Monday, several emergency vehicles including several ambulances were seen outside the casino.
