DOJ files misconduct complaint against Judge Boasberg over Trump comments

The Department of Justice has filed an official complaint alleging misconduct by Chief Justice of American District Court James Boseberg. Fox News has reviewed the complaint which was written by Chad Mizle, Chief of Staff of Attorney General Palm Bondi and addressed the Chief Justice of the United States Court of Appeal for the district of Columbia Circuit, Sri Srinivasan.

Fox News has learned that the complaint was written and filed under the direction of Attorney General Palm Bondi.

“The Department of Justice, alleging misconduct by Chief Justice of American District Court James E.
