A nine -week puppy has been the newest recruitment of the police force from wandering on the roads.
A Belgian Malinois, Jagger was found in Hartlepool and was taken to the Charity Straid after a seven -day stay in the council pound.
The employees of the Rehoming Center immediately saw their ability and contacted the Dog Support Unit of Durham Constable.
He is now officially a police dog in training.
Being all well, Jaeger will be licensed to work with officers in 12 to 18 months
