The Battle of the Trump administration with the Democrat-controlled courts and their sanctuary polis on Friday shocked a blow when a federal judge in Chicago dismissed a case, which challenged their validity.
Judge Lindsay Jenkins, Judge of Northern District Illinois, a President Biden appointment, accepted the proposal of the defendants to dismiss, deciding that the city ordinances are not under the law to law security federal enforcement mandate.
The Trump Department of Justice, in the filing in February, accused the Illinois state and Chicago city of illegally intervening with the action on illegal immigration of President Donald Trump, as its purpose is to fulfill collective exile.

Trump DOJ filed a prosecution of Sanctuary Immigration Policies on New York City for a long time
Sanctuary city Or sanctuary policies limit cooperation between local authorities and law enforcement and federal immigration officers. The Trump administration has raided a long time against measures, arguing that they make such areas a shelter for criminal illegal immigrants and contribute to an increase in crime.
The Department of Justice has accused the laws that under the tenth amendment, the “domination section” of the US Constitution has been violated, stating that the federal law prepares the state and local laws that can struggle with it.
But Jenkins dismissed this argument, ruled that the states have maintained important powers which have not been clearly given to the federal government.
The judge wrote, “Finding that these equal policy provisions form discrimination or impenetrable regulation, will provide an end-by-tenth amendment.” “This will allow the federal government to allow the Commander states under the guise of inter -governmental immunity – the exact type of direct regulation of the states forbidden by the tenth amendment.”

Mayor Johnson warns Trump against deploying federal soldiers for immigration crack in Chicago
The Chicago Municipal Council passed an ordinance in 2012 that prevents city agencies and employees from involvement in civil immigration enforcement or helping federal officials with such efforts. The Illinois Legislature passed a uniform state law, known as the Trust Act in 2017.
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson said he was pleased with the decision and the city is safe when the police focus on the needs of the Chicago dwellers.
He said in a statement, “This ruling confirms that we have been aware for a long time: Chicago welcome city ordinance is valid and supports public safety. The city cannot be forced to cooperate with the careless and inhuman immigration agenda of the Trump administration.”
