A federal appeal judge on Friday blocked President Donald Trump’s plan to eliminate congenital citizenship for children in the country illegally or temporarily blocking.

Sorokin said the decision was an exception to the recent US Supreme Court’s decision with limited courts’ ability to issue nationwide prohibitory orders. The issue is expected to return to the Supreme Court.
