McMahon said, “There is no guarantee to me that we will eliminate all communication intervals, but I can say that its share is just an infection aspect.”
The Education Secretary said that the other aspect of the Federal Funding Freeze was that the OMB budget office “took some time to review the title funding to watch all the programs, etc., before they were released. They were well satisfied. So, now, those funds are going out.”

The NGA leaders said, “This action ensures that schools across the nation can maintain the necessary programs for the promotion of English language learning, teacher training and new academic year,” emphasizing that “the governors of both sides are united in giving priority to our children’s education, and we are proud that our laws help to protect this important support for the states and the district.”
In a special interview with Fox News Digital further of his comment, McMahon confirmed his commitment to cooperate with the governors as the Trump administration attempts to destroy the education department.
“It is incredibly important that if we are going to return education to the states, we have to talk to the governors,” McMahon said.
“Clearly, education is a nonpartison issue,” McMahon said. “If we are going to return education to the states, it means giving them back the part that is now provided by the federal government, and they are concerned about it.”
