In serious murders of an “American Idol” music executive, the suspect and her husband allegedly shot the couple with their guns and then called 911 themselves.
Initial reports claimed that the suspect was tasting the couple’s house on 10 July, while no one was. 22 -year -old Raymond Booderian allegedly shot Robin Kya and Thomas Delaka when he suddenly returned.
During the Town Hall meeting on Monday, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hocheman revealed new details.
Hochman alleged that when he called 911 on 10 July, Budherian gave his name, ABC 7 reportsThese calls led the detectives to track the deceased on July 14.

Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) found KE and Delaka dead inside their house on July 14 as a welfare investigation. A friend of the couple contacted the officials after not listening to KE or Delaka for days. The police were reached by the friend to go inside the gate, where they found a sign of trouble outside.
Authorities broke a window to enter, where they came to know that the couple was shot.

On 10 July, Lapd replied at Encino home after receiving two calls about a theft. At that time, the authorities did not see any signs of forced entry.
“The house is firm. It has seven, eight feet high walls with metal spikes which are welded on the tips of the walls there. The vehicle gate was closed, it was also pointed. They had no means to enter through the gate code such as they did on the date of welfare investigation.”

Budherians are now facing two murder cases and a count of first-degree theft. According to the Deputy District Attorney Hillary Williams, he could face life without parole, or the possibility of death.
Encino residents gathered at the Town Hall meeting on Monday to discuss concerns on increasing crime in the area.
“The murder could be avoided,” said Michaels, Heather of the Encino Neberhood Council, according to this Fox 11. “The community feels insecure. They are frightened. Many elders also do not want to come out of their homes.”
