Former vice -president Kamla Harris was joking on Monday to commemorate a one -year anniversary of his unsuccessful presidential campaign.
A year ago on Monday, the then President Joe Biden announced through social media that it would be out of the presidential race. Soon after, he supported Harris, who became a Democratic candidate for the 2024 presidential election.
Harris celebrated the anniversary by writing a post on X with pictures from his previous campaign.
“A year ago, I started my campaign for the President of the United States. In 107 days of our race, I had the opportunity and honor to visit my nation and meet the Americans who were fighting for a better future. And today, millions of Americans asked to stand for our values, our ideals and our democracy. Harris wrote.
