Legal analysts are divided by the Department of Justice on Wednesday after the Department of Justice fired an experienced prosecutor Maurin Comi along with the US Attorney Office for the southern district of the southern district.
“It’s about time,” said Nicole, a former FBI agent and Fox News contributor. “She failed in two cases.”
One of them was a recent racketering and sex trafficking case against the hip-hop Mogul scene “Didi” Combes, in which the gamblers did not find him guilty of the most serious allegations. The other Jeffrey Epstein had a 2019 prosecution, which had barely deduced the ground before the federal officials said that he had killed himself in a prison cell waiting to prosecute.

One of his previous cases and a civil or criminal court was sentenced to the only Epstein Associate Maxwell. Maxwell is appealing for his case while serving a federal jail in Florida.
Comi has been criticized for arguing in court against ignoring some court documents in the Epstein case. However, there are several reasons that the government may want to keep them out of the public point of view, including Maxwell’s pending appeal, President Donald Trump and Attorney General Palm Bondi announced a plan to ask a federal judge to ignore a federal judge in the case this week.

“There was no reason for his firing,” said Philadelphia-sector lawyer and former prosecutor David Gailman. “This can be a job performance, which would be warrant because the sister tested was a complete mess, and it was the chief. The result was not what SDNY wanted.”
Comombs defeated the most serious allegations against him, including a federal Rico case, which was filled with humble allegations and sex smuggling, and was found guilty of two cases of transport for engaging in prostitution.
“It may also be that he may have been fired earlier, but he allowed him to try the Didi case due to all the resources spent on it,” Gayleman said. “It won’t surprise me that if she goes to Trump Anti-Trump show and kills DOJ and administration. This is a playbook for her family.”

Nevertheless, some analysts saw him as a political move.
“Firing is very notable,” said Andrew Stoltman, a lawyer and assistant law -based lawyer at the Northwestern University. “This is a very clear shot between everyone’s bow to go into line.”
Former Deputy Assistant Attorney General John You suggested that another route could be taken.
“I got it completely as to why President Trump did not trust him, if he believes what he says about Comi (his father), how he cooked Russia’s Hawks,” U told “The Story” on Thursday. “Not a daughter, but father, remember how he tried to implicate President Trump and ran back in his car and typed documents with friends, claiming that President Trump reduced Perryr.”

Nevertheless, he said, he does not think the daughter’s firing was appropriate.
“I would probably re -appoint him to the US Attorney office in Alaska,” he said.
