A person is to be convicted for kidnapping and killing a woman from an insurance office next month on Death Ro in Florida.
The 67 -year -old Kayle Bates has been killed on August 19 in the 10th execution for this year in Florida.
Bates was convicted of trying a sexual battery in connection with the first-digry murder, kidnapping, armed robbery and the death of 24-year-old Janet White in Bay County on 14 June 1982.

Bates’s Attorney, James Driskl Junior said he would file more appeal in the case.
“We believe that his execution would violate the US Constitution,” he told the Associated Press.

Bell was the 26th person to be executed in the US so far in the US this year, which was more than 25 execution done last year. This is the most execution since 2015, when 28 people were killed across the country.
