The increasing number of Americans is now using artificial intelligence to manage their health and welfare.
According to a nationwide survey of 2,000 American adults, 35% report is already relying on AI to understand and manage aspects of their goodness. From planning food to receiving fitness advice, AI is quickly going into a daily health tool from a future concept.

How American use AI for everyday health
Survey conducted by Tocker Research for the annual trend report of vitamin shop shows how deeply AI is embedded in people’s health routines:
- Use 31% AI to detect specific medical concerns.
- 25% rely on it for food plans and dishes.
- Turn to AI for 23% new workout routine.
- Look for emotional or medical support through 20% AI.
This is not all. A quarter (24%) of users is even using AI for facts and information that they have heard from doctors, friends or social media.

More people rely on AI than social media for health
Surprisingly, faith in AI is climbing fast. About 63% of American health guidance finds reliable. This is more than those who rely on social media (43%) or affected (41%), although there are still less than those who rely on doctors (93%) or friends (82%). And when it comes to convenience, AI wins the points. Nearly one -third of users (31%) say they prefer to ask AI when finding Google. Nearly (27%) says that it is easy to consult a health professional.

What is increasing the rise of AI in wellness?
The trend is part of a large picture. Full 73% of Americans want to be up -to -date with the latest health trends. And 68% believes that AI will play a bigger role in the future of wellness.
Other findings from the trend report:
- 51% are more aware of peptides five years ago.
- 66% are adding more protein to your diet.
- 54% prefer sleep and relax on workouts.
- 44% are making peace with aging, while only 21% actively try to fight it.
These changes reflect a comprehensive view of wellness-one that balances physical, mental and emotional health.

Supplement and Smart Health Trends in 2025
The supplements are central for many routines. About 69% of Americans currently take them. And thanks to new delivery options such as chews, chewing and fluids, 34% say it is now easier to live with a supplementary plan. Meanwhile, adaptogen, such as Shiljit, is gaining popularity among young consumers.
