An 11 -year -old girl died in a cornwall beauty spot after an incident in water.
Emergency services were called for welth Quay at Antony, Torpoint after raising concerns for a person in water at around 18:00 BST on Saturday.
The girl from the South Devon region was recovered and emergency treatment, but died on the spot.
The Devon and Cornwall police said his death was not considered suspicious.
